About Trinity Park Lofts - 901 Queen Street West, City of Toronto

The Trinity Park Lofts is a well-loved soft loft building located in a prime location directly across the street from Trinity Bellwoods Park. Registered in 2003, the building houses 102 units in a 7-storey structure wrapped around the historic Farr House.

Built in 1847, the Farr house was home to John Farr, founder of the Farr Brewery that was located close by. The brewery was sold in 1858, but the Farr family retained ownership of the home until 1905. The City of Toronto has protected this gorgeous example of Georgian Architecturee from ruin and it makes a dramatic impact on north side views from the building.

Suites at Trinity Park Lofts range in size from approximately 600 to over 1500 square feet. 9-foot ceilings are common in suites that have single and two-floor layouts most with private balconies. This building has been around for a while and as such is witness to a lot of owner interpretation in particular suites. Beautiful landscaping in a common courtyard and high-end security are a few of the attractions. The biggest selling point by far for this building is the location. There’s a cornucopia of retail and restaurants literally outside your door, not to mention the massively popular Trinity Bellwoods Park. Soft urban loft lifestyle done well is what the Trinity Park Lofts are all about.

What To Love: Trinity Park Lofts across the street from what is arguably Toronto’s best urban park.
